• To guarantee your seat, please arrive to be seated no later than 30 minutes prior to show time. Arrivals after this time will be seated at managements discretion.
• Children under 5 years will not be permitted in the theaters. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Show times, dates and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Cellular phones, cameras, flash photography, and audio/video recording devices are not permitted inside the theater.
• No swimsuits; flip-flops; glassware allowed in theatre (Plastic cups will be provided).
• VIP inclusions should be picked up at the box office with valid i.d.
• All ticket sales are final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Please present valid photo i.d., confirmation number and the credit card used for purchase to the Box Office to claim your tickets and/or VIP Indulgence Package inclusions.
• Tickets must be picked up no later than one-hour prior to show time or tickets will be subject to cancellation with no refund.

Specific measures have been put in place in an effort to ensure that the tickets for concerts are accessible to fans at face value and through authorized sales channels exclusively. Fans are discouraged from purchasing tickets through unauthorized channels as these tickets will be cancelled. Wynn is committed to developing and implementing new and improved measures to combat scalping until such a time that the illegal activity ceases. Suspect activity will be investigated and forwarded to authorities for prosecution.

• Limit 4 concert tickets per order or per person or per credit card. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Wynn Las Vegas, LLC at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information. No exceptions.
• Tickets will be available for pick-up at Will Call at Wynn Las Vegas on the day of the concert. Under no circumstance will tickets be distributed in advance. Purchaser will be required to show valid government issued photo ID, confirmation number and actual credit card used for payment. Each individual ticket holder must be present with purchaser to collect tickets upon presentation of valid government issued photo ID.
• At time of purchase, the full name of each person attending the concert must be provided in order to complete the transaction. Failure to do so will result in cancellation. No changes will be permitted after completion of the order.
• Ticket holders must enter the Encore Theater with their entire party. Wynn reserves the right to request valid government issued photo ID of the ticket holder prior to entry into the Encore Theater at show time. The person who purchased the ticket(s) must be a member of the party entering the theater.
• All ticket sales are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No one has the permission of Wynn Las Vegas to sell this ticket for a price in excess of $146.60.
• Management reserves the right to cancel any ticket and refund the face value of the ticket to the ticket holder, if management determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that such ticket was purchased from a ticket reseller at an amount in excess of face value.

Wynn Resorts LLC will not be held legally responsible for any consequential or incidental damages relating to show cancellation or change including transportation and hotel. Customers accept all customary risks associated with live entertainment.
• Cellular phones, cameras, flash photography and audio/video recording devices are not permitted inside the theater. If you use any of these devices you will be escorted out of the theater.
